Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS using Shopify Shipping labels.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on your order total. 

  • Flat rate shipping on all orders under $50.00: $5.95

  • Free shipping on orders $50.00 and up

Estimated delivery time

USPS delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships. Delivery time depends on your location and seasonal carrier volume. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly or incompletely and the package is returned to us or marked undeliverable, we may need to charge a reshipping fee.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO availability depends on USPS service and may take longer than standard delivery.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once your package is handed off to USPS, shipping delays can occur. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  1. check around your delivery area / mailbox,

  2. contact your local USPS office, and

  3. email us so we can assist.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@theonyxmagnet.com with:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of the damage (item + packaging)

We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement according to our Return / Refund & Remake Policy.
