Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are custom-made and/or personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products (including photo magnets), except in cases of verified defects or order errors described below.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages, Defects, or Order Errors (14 Days)

If you receive a defective item or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can assist you.

To request help, email info@theonyxmagnet.com and include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos showing the issue (and packaging, if applicable).

Once we review your request, we will work to make it right. This may include a replacement/remake or another resolution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping (if needed)

In most cases, we do not require you to ship the item back. If a return is needed for review, we will provide instructions.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved (for example, if a replacement is not possible), it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
